We want students to get the climatized education they are asking for.

“Why didn’t we know about this?”

This is what we hear from our students. And surveys back this up:

  • A poll of 14-18 -year-olds found that 65% of the students responding said they want to learn more about how climate change will affect the future of the Earth and society, but the vast majority of states do not require comprehensive instruction on the subject outside of high school science class.

  • 3 in 10 high school students said they feel helpless when they think about climate change and its effects – nearly twice the percentage of students who said they feel optimistic about climate change.

“Let’s do something about this!”

Collaborating with your faculty to develop curriculum and programs to address the environmental crisis and its disproportionate impact on low income and communities of color will mobilize your greatest resource — your students — to address this global crisis.

We will facilitate a process of identifying and developing tools to empower students to tackle the climate crisis while gaining skills and experiences that will benefit themselves, their communities, their careers, and our global society.

Let’s get started.

We can conduct professional development workshops, Flex Day sessions, or Division meetings in-person or online.
